It's an old fanart I saw on Lemmy's Land(a now non-existant site for plummer-haters) I don't know her name, just know this character is not mine. I just liked it enough to draw her.
I know her boobs aren't quite right either, but like I said, this is an old pic! :D (Big Grin)

Great drawing... i dont know the character, but she looks like one of those happy, airhead chicks... I agree with kokiteno, the pose says : "Like, whateeeever!!!!"
